A few words from Ryan Greff.

Hello and welcome to the new site. As we all know it is pretty tough speaking about yourself in a manner as to try and make you appear as an all encompassing fountain of knowledge. So instead of pumping you full of a bunch of needless information I will give you the plain hard facts about my life.

I was born in Denver, Colorado in 1974. I lived in Westminster, Colorado till I was 3 and then my family moved to Parker, Colorado in 1977. We spent 8 wonderful years in the country when my father decided it was time for a change. We once again uprooted and moved to beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado in 1985. From this point on I began a love affair with the Colorado Rocky Mountains which will remain in my heart for as long as I have on this earth.   I graduated from our local Summit high school in 1992 and went on to the University Northern Colorado. While attending UNC I was a 4 year member of their soccer team and graduated with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on marketing in 1997.

In December of 1997 I returned to Breckenridge to start a new short term property management company with my brother. We have had much success in this area and decided that I could serve my property management clients better if I could also help them buy and sell their rental properties. Therefore, I obtained my Colorado Real Estate license in 2001 and have been actively involved in helping many satisfied clients purchase their mountain Dream home or condo ever since.

During this time I stumbled upon a wonderful lady named Megan at a music festival in Copper Mountain, Colorado in August of 1998. We won't get into how I met her because I would not want you to get a bad impression of me. The moral of the story is that we were married at the Agape Outpost our current and wonderful church in December of 2001. Due to the joys of marriage and our ability to practice the fun things in life we were blessed with our son Rece in May of 2006.

I really enjoy spending time with my family wife Megan and son Rece. I also enjoy the many outdoor opportunities that surround us here in the Breckenridge, Colorado area. I am a golf fanatic, skier and mountain bike rider. I just plain enjoy spending time outdoors whether it be sitting on my deck or hiking one of our local 14,000 foot Rocky Mountain Peaks.
