Frisco was officially founded during the mining era in 1873 and since then has grown to a population of almost 2,800 residents.   Frisco is surrounded by the Arapahoe national forest and sits at the base of Peak 1 and on the banks of the Dillon reservoir. Frisco is with in a 30 minute drive to 5 world class ski resorts and is a short 1 hour drive from Denver, Colorado.
